All of our products are shipped by USP, DHL, FEDEX or EMS, depend on whichever service has the shortest delivery time to you location. You can recieved your order within 5-10 business days. We only charge shipping fee $9.6 once, no matter how many items you purchase per transaction.
Please input the correct and detailed shipping address when you place your order. We won't be responsible for the mistakes caused by incorrect shipping address.
All orders take 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, Shipping Time 5-7 days for Worldwide. Therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:

You will be notified by email once your order is shipped. We provided tracking information to you. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays, If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by email.
We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind. therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund, please refer to our Return Policy for procedures. However, if there is a problem,please contact us.
For online purchases, Notlie will accept all unused or defective merchandise in its original condition for return within 2 days or exchange within 15 days from the date you receive your merchandise. However, free gift products cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or Exchanges request will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the form of Paypal. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return or exchange has been processed.
Notlie.com is not responsible for any damages that are occur to devices or accessories during delivery or after used. Shipping charges for any returned or exchanged items are the client's responsibility. Returns and exchanges on all items will only be honored in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item as long as a return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Shipping charges for any returned or exchanged items are the client's responsibility. No exchanges will be made after this 15 day period. Any charges are not refundable.
Merchandise can be refund with the following information:
1. a refund request is submitted within 2 business days from the date you receive your merchandise
2. the item has never been used .
3. all shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card and included accessories, parts and supplies are included with the returned merchandise.
4. Shipping charge for any returned items are the client's responsibility.
Any returned merchandise that do satisfy the above information for refund. notlie.com will deduct the shipping charges and a 50% restocking fee from the original amount.
No returns will be accepted for merchandise that are damaged, disfigured, scratched, abused or missing the original packaging. In this case, no refund or exchange will be honored and merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If the customer is not willing to pay for the shipping expense, merchandise will be discarded.
We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in notlie's sole discretion.
